During my recent stay at the hotel in São Paulo, I was thoroughly impressed by the really good level of service and attention to detail that exceeded my high expectations. Upon check-out, I realized I had left my sim cards in the room, and to my pleasant surprise, the staff promptly returned them to me, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The air conditioning in my room was another highlight; it provided a perfect climate for relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. the mini-bar was well-stocked and thoughtfully curated, enhancing my experience with good local treats.
