During my recent stay at the hotel in São Paulo, I was thoroughly impressed by the really good level of service and attention to detail that exceeded my high expectations. Upon check-out, I realized I had left my sim cards in the room, and to my pleasant surprise, the staff promptly returned them to me, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction.
